Keith has 22 years environmental consulting experience, the past 17 years primarily with Air Quality services.
Keith has been working with Climate Change issues the past four years, developing greenhouse gas inventories and verifying inventories for the CCAR and TCR schemes. Keith has also created a variety of environmental databases in Microsoft Access, and developed air quality permits, air emissions and SARA Title III chemical release inventories. Keith is a Lead Verifier for both the CCAR and TCR schemes, and is responsible for the technical development of CICS's North American verification services.
Keith has worked with a variety of industries throughout the U.S., including commercial, retail, food products, manufacturing, Portland cement, chemical production, pharmaceutical production, oil and gas, and power generation.
Keith holds a B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering and has co-authored climate change papers.
